Welcome home to the “Rainier” as it is everything you have come to expect from Eaglewood Homes. At 3,000 square feet there is enough room to spread out, but with thoughtful design and selections, the home is warm and inviting. This year’s event included 21 builders and 31 home entries, an increase from last year. New home construction has also shown an increase in the last two years, and some predict new homes will continue to increase in 2015. Mortgage rates also continue to stay in the lower range, making it more appealing to those considering building a new home.
